Very clean and inexpensive hotel
The "patio or veranda" mentioned in the room furnishing is only a smoking area on the ground floor behind the hotel and has NOT anything to do with the room.

I got a twin room that had everything I needed - an electric kettle, AC, and a work desk. The location was awesome; it was super close to shops and restaurants! 🛍️

Relatively central location. Good accessibility to the best sights and the old town. Good transport connections as well as good location with regard to public transport.
Catastrophic access to the underground car park. Entry lane too narrow.

Appreciated staying at the twin room on different floors apart. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, for example, Place Plumereau was within walking distance of the hotel.

Easy to access from motorway, on route from Paris to Bordeaux. Good price for short-term accomodation. Friendly staff who called us to ensure we had door entry code in case of late arrival
No dining / bar facilities at hotel. Breakfast buffet as could be expected, missing freshly brewed coffee and hot meal options
